Shipping Policy
Orders placed before 5:00 PM will be delivered to a (PostNL) shipping point the same day. In practice, this means that your package will be delivered the next day between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee this. Delivery takes place for orders in the Netherlands via PostNL and for orders in Belgium and Germany via DPD.

Collection (by appointment)
You can also choose to collect your package. In most cases this is possible from 2 hours after your order and payment. It is currently not preferable for orders to actually be paid on site, although a number of things can often be arranged. Would you like to pick up a package? We then ask you to first pay for your order online and then send us a message via Instagram or Whatsapp (+31619272249) to arrange a pick-up time. Collection by appointment is actually possible every day until about 10:30 PM.
