Refund policy

Not satisfied with one or more products you purchased from us? Hey, that's a shame! But of course that can happen. We are currently very busy making our website work as well as possible in all areas. This also includes an easy and well-functioning return system. Until this system is technically fully developed and set up, you return (part of) an order by following the steps below.

Do you want to return one or more products? It currently works as follows:

1)Send an email to info@morgiana.nl within 15 days of your order strong>, and state your order number in this email, which products from your order you want to return, and an account number to which we can refund you.

2)If we have received all the information above correctly, you will receive an span>free return labelfrom us.

3)Put this return label on a sturdy box (this could possibly be the stone box in which you received your stones) anddeliver this package to a suitable parcel point. After receiving the return label, you have another 15 days to actually return your package.

4)You will receive your purchase amount back into your account within 5 working days after the package has been returned to us.
